Samantha is a Partner and Head of the Wills and Trust Department. She specialises in all types of wills and trust work, including will drafting, administration of estates and probates, trusts and tax planning.

With a background in litigation, Samantha also specialises in contentious probate matters, challenging and defending claims against estates and wills, and challenging care home fees.

Samantha is also a professional Deputy under the Court of Protection, and acts in a number of cases for young and elderly clients who lack capacity to deal with their financial affairs.

Samantha enjoys singing and amateur theatre in her spare time although since her 3 sons arrived much of her time is spent baking cakes and being inventive with old boxes, paint and glue!
