Eoin is a versatile and experienced case-handler, having at times specialised in marine law, crime, civil litigation and for many years in employment tribunal cases. He has appeared as an advocate in the Court of Appeal, Old Bailey and countless  courts and tribunals around the country. As head of the firm's Dispute Resolution team, Eoin brings this experience to bear in ensuring that in the broad range of cases we undertake, and in whatever court or tribunal it is heard, we conduct your case as simply, efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.

A former barrister and naval officer, Eoin is now vice-chair of Plymouth Guild of Volunteers, a charity which helps those in need where no publicly funded care is available, and a trustee of Wild Futures, which operates the Monkey Sanctuary in Looe.
