Cindy is Commercial Property Lawyer with more than twenty years of specialist experience of acting for clients in connection with all aspects of commercial property transactions. She has a wide range of experience including student accommodation agreements; sales and purchases of development property; landlord and tenant transactions; off shore trust transactions and setting up commercial and residential leasehold schemes.

Her major clients include the University of Plymouth and The Dartington Hall Trust but Cindy has also acted for, and continues to act for, a number of local property developers as well as other commercial landlords and tenants.

Cindy is also a part-time Chairman of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal where she deals with residential property disputes.

In addition, she is a shadow board member of Ocean Studios - which has a brief to develop artist-led affordable creative workspace within the Royal William Yard in Plymouth.

Cindy is a keen gardener, enthusiastic cook and skier. She is also a keen supporter of cricket, football and rugby.
