Pauline Anning
Residential Conveyancing
Pauline Anning graduated in 1998 with a Degree in Law, completing the Legal Practice Course in 1999 at the University of Exeter. She completed her training and qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. She specialised in Property Litigation for two years before moving to Wolferstans in 2004. She is now the contact at the Plymstock branch office for residential conveyancing and other property-related matters.
She says “One of the most stressful experiences in life can be moving home. Our role is not only to deal with the legal issues involved, but, also to make the process as stress-free for our clients as possible. We understand that not only will you be having to deal with the practicalities of moving, but, you will also be making one of the largest financial commitments of your life. This is why we aim to do all that we can to help the process run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.”

Rebecca Ellerbeck
Family Law
Rebecca Ellerbeck qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and has specialised in Family Law throughout her career.
During this time Rebecca has practiced in London for 6 years where she gained a wealth of experience in Ancillary Relief matters.
Rebecca also has extensive experience in Private Law Children Work.
Rebecca has been a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel since 1999 and an Accredited Resolution expert since 2001.
When not in the office Rebecca enjoys spending time with her young family.
