One of our Partners is a Professional Receiver. She has been appointed by the Court of Protection to manage the financial affairs of our clients who are unable to do so themselves.
We also advise on the setting up of Personal Injury Trusts to enable clients to protect their entitlement to means tested benefits. Our network of experts also include financial specialists to advise on making the most of your compensation should you choose to use their services.
The team recognise the importance of early rehabilitation. Where liability is unlikely to be a problem we obtain interim payments to develop that rehabilitation and where appropriate to purchase suitable accommodation, aids and equipment and tailor made care packages.
