Accidents At Work

The statistics for workplace accidents are alarming. Each year it is estimated that over 1 million people suffer workplace injuries and a further 2 million suffer ill heath as a result of their working environments.

Workplace accidents are common place and if an accident has occurred through no fault of yours, but due to the fault of a fellow employee or your employer then you may be able to recover compensation.

Many employees are still unaware of their rights to bring a claim for workplace accidents which can include slips or falls at work, lifting accidents or injuries caused by operating machinery without proper instruction, equipment or training. Of course sadly in some cases this results in the death of the employee. We are experienced in bringing claims on behalf of injured people as well as the relatives of deceased employees who have suffered accidents whilst at work.

A claim must be presented to the Court within 3 years of the date of an accident and therefore if you have suffered an injury whilst in the course of your employment you should contact our specialist unit as a matter of urgency

Legal Costs

These can be worrying but in many cases we can offer a no win no fee scheme and of course your initial consultation with one of our specialist team will be free of charge.
