A seminar addressing all elements of looking after your elderly and vulnerable clients and employees, specifically tailored to carers and care providers. 

To include:-

• Issues regarding capacity, what to do if faced with vulnerable, influenced or pressured clients.
• Lifetime and post death planning, liaising with family members, attorneys and deputies.
• Funding and finances.

• Employment issues, including handling grievances, new vetting and barring scheme requirements, and other regulatory issues.
