Vigabatrin/Sabril
We currently represent the entire Claimant cohort as sole and exclusive Solicitors in bringing a Group Action against the supplier of the anti-epileptic drug Vigabatrin/Sabril. It is alleged that this drug causes irreparable visual field loss which can lead to full functional blindness.
Vigabatrin was widely prescribed in the UK since coming onto the market in 1989 and has also been licensed for use in other jurisdictions around the world.
Litigation is well advanced but unfortunately the Claimant group has now been closed by Order of the High Court.
