Rebecca Moloney

Rebecca is a trained collaborative lawyer and a Senior Associate at Wolferstans. Rebecca joined Wolferstans in 2015, after working at a large firm based in the South West.

Rebecca undertakes most areas of family law for both married and cohabiting couples with an emphasis upon the financial aspects associated with the relationship breakdown of parties with high net worth assets. Rebecca advises on divorce, separation agreements and pre and post nuptial agreements. Rebecca specialises in matrimonial finance cases involving businesses, property portfolios and Farming cases.

Rebeca has extensive experience in acting for clients who are in the Armed Forces and in dealing with their pensions. She is the vicechair of Forces law and will be the chair in 2023. Rebecca is an experienced advocate in all areas of her specialism and regularly attends court to represent her clients.

Rebecca also has experience acting for parties in disputes concerning arrangements for children.

Rebecca is a member of Resolution which means that she is required to comply with a Code of Practice which promotes the resolution of issues arising from separation in a constructive way. She is a Resolution  accredited specialist in the area of financial provision. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and has undertaken a number of cases achieving a successful conclusion using this process.
